Astrological reports are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional psychological, relationship, medical, or legal advice.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your password.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

We use a fair, outcome-based refund policy:

• Report successfully generated: No refund will be issued. Once the AI has produced and delivered your personalised compatibility report, the service has been fully rendered and the payment is final.
• Report generation failed: If the AI fails to generate your report for any technical reason on our end, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. Please contact us within 30 days with your order details and we will process the refund promptly.

Refund requests for failed reports can be submitted via the contact page. Please include your report ID and payment reference.

Note: Cryptocurrency payments (NOWPayments) are refunded in the same coin at current market rates, which may differ from the original purchase value due to exchange-rate fluctuations.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use our service for any illegal purpose or to harass others.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
